harden the gains?

I’m halfway through my cycle of test-deca-dbol…

doing good so far…

my pct looks like this…

HCG- 500IU every Mondays and Thursdays for 5weeks before end of cycle

NOLVA- 40mgs/ day for the first two weeks then 20mgs/day for the next two weeks starting 1 week after my last test shot…

My question is, do I need to take proviron?

Read somewhere that Proviron at the end of the PCT binds as much SHBG as possible so as to increase active endogenous test…what do you guys think?

Also, they say that Proviron hardens up ur muscles…

Proviron shouldnt be taken in pct, because it will decrease natrual teststerone production.

agreed no proviron for PCT

i've never used it but i have friends that have and they say it definately hardens you up but they take it during cycle.

you should start nolva 14 days after last shot of test e

If you are interested in going beyond PCT, consider swapping to prop from a long ester for the last 4-6 weeks of your cycle... var does wonders to harden maintainable gains. Keep protein high and use proper PCT. I think your PCT sounds off but I don't use DBOL, so I don't know if that is why your running it that way. Why no clomid? Why the step from 40mg to 20 mg? Why are you using HCG? How long was your cycle? HCG does not need to be part of your PCT... it is better served being used in between long cycles. You don't need it.

I'm on a 12 week cycle of sustenon 500 mg /wk, Deca 400mg/wk and winny 50 mg ED...

most people suggest NOT using HCG for PCT. How long is your cycle? If its under 15 weeks you probably dont need HCG either

I'd say your cool even after 15 weeks... maybe 18 wks, then hit it at midpoint. YOU dont need it on a 12
