    nose bleeds?

Hey, fellas. I'm running Test E (1000 mg/wk), Tren . Ace. (50 mg/day). It all started on Thursday when I was doing pullovers laying down on a bench with a curl bar. On my last set, last rep, my nose started to bleed. Then, yesterday, when I was doing hamstring curls, it happened again. Now, just about an hour ago, I kind of twitched my nose a little bit, and it started to bleed again. Could this be a side effect of the AAS or what?

    Thanks,
    MS

Could be that,or a broken blood vessel. They take time to heal in the sinus cavities.Exerting pressure can cause it to start bleeding.

definately blood pressure. probably the test. you might want to cut back to 500 mg test and see if that helps. if you feel like you need a little more see if you can get some deca or something similar that won't be as hard on you. i like to use a minimum of 3 compounds anyway. you'll get a much more synergistic effect.

I used 750 mg. of Test last cycle with no problems. So, if anything, I'll drop down to 750 to 850. BTW-I don't mean to sound like a paranoid b**ch, but I'm not, like, at risk of a heart attack or anything, am I? Sorry, just a little worried when I heard "blood pressure".

Are you breathing properly when you lift, or are you holding your breath?

First of all, mad props on the avatar, and to answer the question, I try to exhale as I push through each rep, sometimes it's hard to do though. I see what you're getting at though and how it could be a problem.

stop picking your nose. Seriously. Picking your nose scrapes your soft tissue inside and wears the walls thin until they bleed if you pick too much.

If blood pressure, go see your doctor. They can prescribe bp meds to get it in check rather quickly.

Probably would be fine for a short run, but why chance it?

Also, cardio helps out bp as well.

    peace,

I suffer from regular bouts with nose bleeding. When I consulted with my doctor, he ran a blood check. When nothing abnormal showed up, he told me there was nothing to be done about it. Didn't mention anything about blood pressure. (mine is normal but on the high side) Here's a link to a page on nose bleeding.

It's no substitute for a doctor, but it might shed some light on the problem. Nothing I could find linking bleeding to AAS's. Good luck.

you don't sound like a b**ch, man.. nose bleeds of that frequency are tell tale signs that somethings not right. listen to your body and go see a doc. ttgb makes a good point about cardio. what's your cardio routine like?

Thanks, fellas. I'll go check w/the doctor this week. As I am trying to bulk right now, and I am a very hard gainer, I cut out the cardio from my routine.

even so, i would suggest not cutting cardio from your routine alltogether. its good to do it at least a couple times per week to keep your heart in check.
