Thumbs up Vitamin B6/B12 Intake - Should I....

    Sup guys,

Alright I just completed my first week of my first cycle. I'm doing everything just like I need to be. I'm on:

    500mg Test Enan
    400mg Deca

My question is, my current multi-vitamin is the AST MULTI PRO-32X which provides me with:

    30mg Vitamin B6 ( 1500% Daily Value )
    30mcg Vitamin B12 ( 500% Daily Value )

I take this twice a day. Is this enough intake of these 2 vitamins?

If not, should I switch to an injectable?

    Thanks
    Joe

200 mg a day of B6 is suggested on the home page under cycles.

I always though that high doses of b6 could cause problems though.

    anyone else?

yep. all b vitamins are water soluble as opposed to fat soluble ones like A,E and K. You don't usually have to worry about taking too much water soluble vitamins except for b6. B6 is the only water soluble vitamin that you can overdose on but I am unsure of what the actual limit is. I do believe that 200mg a day is ok for a short period of time.

B6 has been used before at 100-200mg a day to help people with carpel tunnel syndrome

    read this it may help

Great, thanks.. my main question here is--is buying injectable B6 illegal? like i would not find it on a nutrition website or in a pharmacy?
