if its your first cycle, just do a simple test e cycle. 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. Most people advice shooting sust every other day to fully take advantage of the short acting prop ester. 250mg/wk wont give u much results
I would have stuck with just a single ester and ran it @500mg for 12 weeks. You're running proviron in PCT which makes no sense since proviron will continue to shut you down and PCT is when you want to start gaining some recovery.
Also, you need to inject something in between from weeks 11-13 so you are not loosing your gains. Because you have to wait for the esters to deactivate before your pct or if you begin too soon then the pct won't do it's job.
So let me put it like this to make it simple...
Week 1-10: Deca and sust in one needle every monday
Week 1-4: 25mg of dbol daily, split into 2-3 doses
Week 11-13: Testosterone Propionate EOD (every other day) at 50mg per shot.
Week 1-13: Nolvadex 20mg
Week 14-16: Nolvadex 40mg
Week 5: HCG 2,500 I.U. on Monday and then 2,500I.U. on Thursday (and take 20mg of nolvadex on that week)
Week 13: Same as week week with the HCG except bump the dosage to 40mg of nolvadex and continue the nolvadex till the end of week 16
Also... Stop the deca on week 8, it'll make it easier to recover from being shutdown from it.

Sust needs to be shot EOD if not ED. Please DO NOT reccommend Sust being shot once per week. Also, the dose would/should be raised to 500mg test/400mg deca weekly-NOT ALL SHOT on the same day.Quote:

You don't need to run an injectable the last few weeks before PCT while waiting for the long esters to clear. It's reccommended so gains keep flowing all the way to PCT. However, since it's your first cycle, I would hold off on this and just run the cycle like normal. Oh yeah, you can also run an oral like winny to accomplish the same thing.
Thank you for all of your advice guys I have come up with as my new mass cycle with a mixture of advices.
For a background on me i'm 25 & I've been hardcore lifting and learning for 3-3 1/2 years now. I've got a crazy fat boy diet ready for this cycle so that's no problem and my stats are 6'0" 210lbs. 13%bf.
As for my goals I want to reach somewhere between 230-240lbs someday. I understand this cycle alone may not get me there.
But to be honest I just want to get what I can from AAS then GTFO and maintain and gain naturally.

O yeh I was curious as to what inspector_injector & ODC0717 said about week 11-13 what should I take/add to my cycle. Test Prop 50mg ED?
yeah you want to run a short acting test so your pct is easier. prop @ 75mg/ed is what you want to run.
