Where did you shoot bro? Is it red/sore?
It should be fine. I got lumps after injections quite a few times. Gently massage the area. It should go down after a day or so.

it is the oil in the muscle. if you rub it you will see it will go down. some times if your oil is to cold this will happen.
Sounds to me like oil, outside of the muscle. Kinda like you did an injection that didn't go into the muscle all the way, or some of the oil leaked out of the depot and settled outside of the muscle. Give it a few days and you should be fine.
Its a bit warm to touch... but thats prolly from all the massagingQuote:

You are most likely ok....... if the pin was inserted all the way and your BF% is extreamly high it could just be that the oil hasn't dissipated from the musle at the injection site yet. Do as the others stated and used hot compress and rub the area. If it does get warm then you could end up having a problem.Quote:

I got a big lump, and the area was red and painfull. I was a reck for 5 days and the people on this site gave me the same advice, now it's fine and the redness and pain are gone. Also every shot I do gets less and less painfull, so take their advice!

mudman why does warmth indicate a problem?
My lump was also very warm, I could feel it through my pants for about 4 to 5 days and one morning i woke up and it was 10 times better and went away 1 or 2 days after that.
it's warm because it indicates bacteria in the area.Quote:
