    testosterone/dbol

    This is the cycle im thinking about starting in jan. im 21, 5”10, 180. ive been researching for a while, but am looking for some more info. o and been working out, and eating every 2 hrs for a year. i started at 135. my dad is about my weight, and height and lifts heavily asweell. i feel ive reached a plateau.

    Testosterone enanthate - 250 mg/wk x 10wks
    Dbol - 30 mg/day x 4 wks
    Nolva-10mg/day x 10 wks


    The main reason im posting this is to get a pretty good idea of the amount of lean muscle I will gain and keep statistically speaking. If I eat and work out right. I know everyone is different, but I guess its just the way my mind works. I gota know. So , no bullshit guys please. Just real stories of bros who have actually gone throough this cycle and the results they’ve gotten and kept

    Test E for 12 weeks min @ 500mg is the way 2 go

    Test/Dbol was my first cycle. Gained around 15 pounds. Kept most of it. I think it was a damn good first cycle.

    No way to tell what your gains will be.... but your test dose is about half of what i wld run and 2 weeks short of how long i wld run it...

    im on the same cycle right now. except enth @ 750mg.
    i like it so far. you could expect around the 12-15lb range of keepable LM

    oh yeah, forgot to mention that. id @ LEAST go 350mg for 12 weeks. 500mg is my suggested dose tho.

    My first run when I was 20 was 250mg/wk Test E and Deca @ 300mg/wk for 10wks. Gained 16lbs and kept 14. I see no reason 250 shouldn't be fine for you, but you will ofcourse see better results with 500mg. IMO you can always to 500 on your second go around, see how your body reacts to lower dosages.
