fvcking denny's

i am currently in week five of my sixteen week cycle test e, deca,dbol, and tren ace, yes i know deca and tren bad bad bad. ok anyway i got ****ing food posioning from denny's my one cheat meal of the week. I lost ten pounds in four days three of which were spent in the hospital freakin throwing up every 15 minutes. My question is this i missed two tren ace shots, a deca shot and a test e shot while i was in the hospital. i also had no chance to take my anti e's. so should i just pick up where i left off. i can t eat anything yet and it will probally be another day before i can even smell food. i was eating about 5 thousand calories a day but over the last five days i think i have had 3 meals.
