diet/cardio is the better combo
prop/var deffinately, and as stated above.........diet and cardio
Yea diet/cardio are in check (I am a certified nutritionist for 7 years now so I know how important diet really is)). Just want something to help out!! Thanks

For lowing bodyfat or cutting you will be best off with prop winny.
prop and var would be better, winny is hell on my joints

I like prop/var cycles myself...
prop/var and add IGF.......... will help lower bf as long as the diet and cardio are in check.
prop and var ......but if you want to do it right, you've got to throw the tren in with it.
