check out the nutrition forum, read the stickies. You obviously need to raise calories to bulk, lower to cut....

after going over some of your previous outtakes I noticed that you are about 6 weeks into a screwed up cycle. I propose this question to you brewski why did you not ask this question before you started your cycle? Another noobie wasting virgin receptors gaining a bunch of water and bloat and talking like a bad ass. Again not very well excepted by the folks here at AR.

Iv been eating 5kcals 4months before i even started. Nice try though.

Shoot for 4-5 clean calories Brewski, If you are at 4000 now ramp your way up to 5000 slowly over a 2-3wk period to minimize fat gain.

my diets in check dude, i was just curious how much everyone else eats cause i was bored and didnt realize there was a diet forum. But instead I get flammed and people are saying to ban me.....
