    What Am I Doing Wrong?

    I've been on D-bol for 4 weeks, and starting winstrol , for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of d-bol I find that I havn't gained THAT much, I've gone from 161 to 172. But for muscle mass, it seems that I'm not as bulked as D-bol promises...I eat from 3000-4000 calories a day, work out everyother day, do heavy weight 6-8 reps, and about 15-16 sets. My strength has gone crazy. 185 max-225 bench in the 4 weeks. I'm told that I'll notice muscle mass after 4 weeks; should I continue another 2 weeks?

    what are you doing wrong??? well...

    1. you have a poor cycle
    2. you don't eat enough
    3. seem to be overtraining
    4. you haven't done proper research
    5. you're too small for steroids ...you're not ready

    It would really help if you had some sort of testosterone in the cycle.You'd be growing like a weed.

    I've actually done plenty research, how much more do I need to eat??? And overtraining...for example; monday would be just biceps and chest...and then wouldnt work those until the next monday...so is that still overtraining

    add some test man .... ur doin a dbol /winny cycle .... no offense .. but that's a shitty cycle

    What would you suggest for a 8-10 week cycle of deca300 and Test400. I was going to wait 2-3 weeks after the dbol -winni and do a 8-10week deca /test and then 4 more weeks of winstrol and hopefully be good. OR should i not?

    So, I understand the dbol /winni is a shitty cycle, and honestly I need this advice right, everyone needs that extra education. What would be a good cycle, I don't care if its inject or oral. deca /t4/wini ??

    Test at 400 mgs weekly.Save the Deca for later.You need to run Test by itself to see how it feels and how you react to it.Later you can stack drugs.

    Oral only cycles aren't the greatest for mass.I'd get off that cycle.Recover,then run the Test only cycle.You can thank me later....

    Alright sounds good...what would be a good amount of time to run test for. AND I dont know too much about test cycles; I would need clomid afterwards correct?

    Run test for 10-12 weeks, take 2 weeks off, and start clomid therapy for 3-4 weeks afterwards.

    Test @ 500mg/week for 12 weeks

    PCT: Clomid Day 1-4: 100mg ED, Day 5-21 50mg ED

    10 weeks will be fine.

    Here's some things to think about....

    What kind of test am I going to use?I suggest Test Enanthate for you


    What about anti estrogens for this cycle?I suggest Nolvadex at 10 mgs ED,and l-dex at .25 mgs ED.

    How often do I inject Test E?Twice weekly ..say Mon & thurs.

    What size pin do I use to draw oil?21g pin will be great

    What size pin do I inject with?25g 1" pin.Painless


    Where do I get pins and anti estrogens?Right here...www.anabolicreview-research.com

    Do I need Clomid for PCT?YES

    I would run test for 12 weeks though
    Did a 10 week cycle once and regreted not doin 12.
    Best gains are normally noticed towards the end of the cycle.
    I use a 23g 1/4" pin to inject, but thats just the way i like it.

    1/4"? The object is to get it deep into the muscle tissue, not right below the skin.

    You seem to believe that you can take d-bol for 4v and become ronnie coleman, let me tell you something just because a steroid woks great on your friend doesent mean it will work good on you remember that , there are so many factors involved your diet,genetics,dosage,etc and try a 2-1-2 split program or something if you work out eod your body doesent get a chance to rest and grow.
