help first time cutting
ive read all the forums about flaxseed and im dropping to 3 % bf i need to know how much flaxseed oil needed ineach of these meals please and every vitamin i can use neccesary vto help growth ,immune system etc and doses . (not heart , chlosterol, hairloss ,etc)
im competing in 4 months (first time cutting)im currently at 82 kg FROM 89 KG around 7% bf 184 cm (no wATER RETENTION POPPED A FEW LASIX).
goona weigh in a under 75 kg competion at 3%bf
my diet consists
meal 1 - 9 am wake up -50 grams protein powder ,10 grams glutamine , 3 grams hmb
9.30 am gym 5 days a week
meal 2- -10.45 am - 85 grams protein , 60 grams dex , glutamine ,creatine , hmb 12 iu inslin
meal 3-12 .15 pm 80 grams carbs , 50 grams lean poultry protein
meal 4- 3.15 pm - work mon- fri - lifting meat in freezer 2.30pm --10 pm
meal 5 -6pm 50 grams protein - sup hmb , glutamine ,5g liver tonic , 100mg caffenine
meal 6 - 9 pm pm 50 grams protein] hmb , glutamine 100mg caffenie
meal 7 - 12 pm 50 grams protein , hmb , glutamine , 1000iu vitamin e , multi vitamin, sleeping tablet
meal 8 - 4am alarm set for 4am 50 grams protein back in bed (min 8hrs sleep)
repeat
supplments using
1 gram test ethanate week
600 mg eq week
500mg masteron week
1.25 mg femera ed
40 mg accutane ed
duramine 30mg ed ( appetite suppresant )
as you can see i have 2 protiein / carb meals
6 protein only meals - need help on doses with the 6 meals for max weight loss and keep most muscle tissue? i was thinking 8g flaxseed oil with 5 protein meals and what about flax oil at 4 am ?
help would be much appreciated thanks ?

go with a 1000 mg 3 times a day. also make sure to take your omega 3-6-9 and evening primose too. its essential to get your oils.
