right now I am in the process of a clen cycle(the old 2 on 2 off), before I start my cycle. Yes, it is a must to take Taurine, potassium supplements, and drink a crap load of water. The stuff is great, but the sides are annoying(muscle cramps, headaches, shaking), but they can be minimized or rid of completely if you supplement correctly and not take a too high of a dose. I am doing it for that same reason, to lose some body fat before my cycle. But remember your diet and cardio is just as important when trying to lose.
