Dbol Question

I know that Dbol has a 4hr. Half life. But when should I take it.

A. Should I take it every 4 hrs.
B. Should I take half of my daily dose in the AM and then again in the PM
C. Should I take my complete dose before workout.
D. Should I take half before workout and half after.

This is a debateable topic and really up to the user i guess but i take mine about every 3-4 hours. So i'd go with A, final answer
although there were occasions i doubled up on the dose right b4 i hit the gym...

Very subjective... why not try it both ways. Like 10mg 4 times per day for one week, then try 10mg upon waking and 30mg an hour before workout the next week. Let us know how it goes.

like the others said there are people who take it all at once, and there are those who spread it out, just try both to see what works best for you.

I'd break it up over the course of the day.

divide it into 2 upp takes depending on the dose....

if its 20 mg a day take 10 in morning and b4 the gym....
