    nolvadex timing

    is there a better time to take nolva? day? night? i take one pill a day during the cycle so i want to know when its better to take it, i thought it will be better to take it at the time that estrogen levels are higher? day? night? mid?

    @ night estrogin levels will b higher so take it @ night

    It makes no difference, since nolva has such a long half life. Having said that, it does make me feel tired for several hours after I take it, which is why I always take it at night.
