Var After Test & Deca

Ok I am in week 4 of my test deca cycle
test e 500 per week
deca 300 per week

can i add var @ 50mg per day from week 11 - 15 then start PCT
will this give me a more cut look

week 4 up 9 lbs

Yes you can,will only help.Will make you muscles a little harder at that dose.Winny would be better for a more cut up look, for the 5 week you have.With Var I don`t like to run it less than 8 weeks,just dont think it`s worth it.

Will you use winny tabs or inject? Dont understand ` how long I am running test 12 weeks` when your 4 weeks in a cycle.

It’s generally accepted that due to the toxicity issues of winny, its use should be limited to 6 weeks.I would do this- 50mg per day from week 11 - 15 then start PCT,as you said.
