    Exclamation Cycle No0b

    First time cycle, I can't wait! But I want to start out easy and hopefully looking for a cycle that I could keep most gains. I heard everyone talk about taking a only Test E. cycle for 1-10 weeks at 500 mg and then a good PCT. Question if I should do this... would I keep most gains and how much would a average person gain from it? Any help will be sweet, thanks!

    proprer pct/diet/ training after your cycle determines what you keep. do it all right and you will just lose water and not too much muscle

    Yes why lol? I was reading the forums before I posted you know :P I was just wanted to know what's a average of gains from just a simple cycle like the one I want to take

    What gains you will experience is dependant on many things, but mainly your diet. This is the same for PCT as you need to increase your cals. Make sure your diet is spot on bro.

    Ok thanks MatrixGuy! I sorta knew that, but instead of asking a dumb question I should be looking at logs I was just curious b/c a fellow lifter and the local gym I heard takes Test and he got pretty big in such a short time I thought it was rather amazing.
