Week 1-6 Anadrol 100 mg/day
Week 1-16 750mg/wk Testosterone Cypionate
Week 9-14 Winny @ 50mg / day

i have done 3 cycles in the past and my goal is to put on some serious lean mass. as far as current stats i am 35 250 lbs. some bf but not to bad. i am not trying to compete.

i chose these compounds because they are redily available for me.

Do you understand that Winny is Slightly less hepatoxic than most 17-alpha alkylated. What your looking at is like almost doing to orals during one cycle.

The above tells me that you have no idea on the proper use of anabolic steroid and would be better off spending about the next 3-5 years reading about the use of anabolics before indulging. Do you know the diffence between Anabolic and androgenic steroids ? Didn't think so.

I have used Test, anadrol, d-bol, tren , deca , Eq over my 25 years of experience. Anadrol is nothing to play around with my friend and 6 weeks of Anadrol is insane.

Now if you have cycled previously, scratch the above and do this

1-4 drol @ 100 / ed
1-12 Test cyp @ 750 mg /'ew
13-15 test Prop @ 150 Eod.
4-7 days after the last Prop injection start your PCT

I see no reason to run the Winny here if you are trying to gain mass.
16 weeks is insane IMO 12 is enough, but I'm not a fan of long cycles.

1-12 Test C 750mg ( 2 shots per week at 375mg)
1-5 Anadrol 100mg

Begin PCT 14 days after last shot

thats what I would do.......Once I got stuck after a few cycles of test/deca /d-bol I used Tren/Test/ Anadrol/EQ and got huge.....and I didnt use high doses at all, only 500mg test 1cc tren EOD ,50mg Anadrol for just 4 weeks and 400mg EQ..............

If you go the full 16 wks you are going to need to incorporate the use of HCG to keep your boys from atrophying too badly. I would recommend not using the winny until wk 13 the running for five weeks right up to PCT beginning wk 18.

16 weeks is fine. but i would use something else other then winny though it really does not fit in the cycle.
