    What should be expected?

    Hey guys,
    What should be expected as far as gains from 250 mg of sus 250 a week for 10 weeks? Should it be increased to 500 mg for 10 weeks?

    whats your cycle history like ? If this is not your first cycle...bump it up to 500 mgs

    so many people ask what kind of gains can be expected from this cycle or that cycle... the truth is it is dependent on many factors, so no one can really tell u what kind of gains u will get. Diet is the biggest contributor to what kind of gains u will get as far as i am concerned... the other stuff, meaning training hard and taking gear, etc., is the easy part for me...

    Thanks for responding guys. I am 6'0, 200lbs. I took a half a cycle back about 12 years ago but have been lifting regularly since. I was thinking about getting more gear for mass and strength gains. I am 32 years old. I was amazed at how strong I became with just a half cycle.

    Sorry I forgot to say that I eat about 3241 calories per day and about 342 g of protein with minimal fat intake.

    about 3241 calories? lol... sounds like a pretty precise number too me...

    LOL! i was going to say the same thing...good stuff there on the exact numbers.

    "hey, im looking to gain 17 lbs of muscle and i will do this by consuming 326 grams of protein a day for 64 days straight!"

    500mgs a week bro - go for it

    i am not a fan of sust... but i think 500mg is pretty standard for all test...

    its def standard.....actually 500mg is thrown out there for most test's per week
