1st Timer, Ideal combination?
I am thinking of doing my first cycle. My body composition is as follows. 5'8" 185-190 18% body fat. I have decent strength...I powerlift.
I dont care for a SUPER DRAMATIC effect. I would like to be 200lbs solid, with little fat. I would like to use something that has decent gains with little side effects. I already have thin hair. What do you guys recomend?

Test E. 400 to 500mg a week. That's all you need for your first cycle.
