can barely walk.

after taking sustanon 250 and doing deadlifts, i can barely walk. I feel a deep strong pain on the left side of my back. This is the second day on this pain. what should i do?

Ice and Ibreprofen(SP), if shooting the glute, dont do deadlifts or squats, hit delts on leg day.

bigguns101, thanks. I shot the sustenon on the right side of my butt. Is this pain normal? How long does it last? please help.

4-5 days, I did it with prop.

if it takes 5 days, when will i be able to weightlift? It will defeat the purpose of roids?

I'm on my 5th injection. I alternate sides, first one was really sore second one a little better and I think i'm just getting used to it. I have been pushing it in slow then I massage the hell out of the area or I take a hot shower and rub it. Ibuprofin works well to. I had the same thread 2 weeks ago. This is my first cycle and after the first shot I was like how the hell am I ever gonna train legs on this LOL. Good Luck Bro, I'm just starting to feel the sust 2 1/2 weeks into it.
