    clen while injured

    hurt my back and cant lift or cardio for 1-2 weeks.......dont want to gain fat, can i use clen w/ 5 small meals to maintain? with 1800-200 cals?

    Using clen will make you burn alot more cals, but i think its a waste to use clen and not work out to maximize your results. but i guess in your case you just want to burn extra cals, clen would do the job. make sure if your doing it for over 2 weeks at a time to use bendryl

    If i was u I would just eat cleanly and save the clen for later.. but thats just my opinion
