Sore nuts!?

Hey i got done with my gf the other day and after i had busted my right nut has been sore like somone ****in kicked me there or somthin but i was wondering if this had ne thing to do with bein on juice it feels sore and and kinda travels up into my gut a lil it seems ?

i usually get that feeling (blue balls) if im half way through with a chick and we have to stop (for some ****ed up reason), i will get a throbing pain in my nuts about 20 mins later if i dont cum.
