    Could my kidney be sore?

Today is day 11 on a Test E 500mgs/ Deca 300mgs Cycle, with nolva the whole time.

I was up most of the night with a sore lower back on the left side, but it feels deeper than muscle..it's really weird, could it be a sore kidney? Is that possible?

I have had some gas today, waking up, but I don't know if that is the reason.

Feels really weird...any help. This is not lower back pump either.

    Thanks

Really? When I take a deep breath, I can feel a bit of pain. I ended up going to the gym this AM to train arms anyway....I can still kind of feel it, but not that much, I drank lots of water, took 2 advil...it is still there though....werid feeling.

Could be that muscle though, I did train back yesterday, but I didn't do deadlifts.

Hey bro, when I wake up about 45% of the time I get the same thing. Here's the diagnosis.

If you sleep in a shitty environment, too dry, too humid, too hot or cold (pretty much two extremes of something.) You will wake up with pains.

If I sleep on my left side of my back, I feel that in my kidney and my lungs. If I sleep on my chest and ribcage side I feel it in my heart, ribcage and stomach. And on my right side I feel it in my liver.

Also, I notice that I don't get this pain if I don't sleep for more than 8 hours. I also believe that I read somewhere that sleeping more than 8 hours could increase your risk of a heart attack. So it's about moderation.

Use a humidifier and a heater in your room since it's winter time now (unless you live somewhere really warm,) and try not to over or undersleep.

I went to the doctor for this too and he said everything was fine. They took a blood test and everything came back good. However, if your pain doesn't stop after doing all of my recommendations, then I would seriously rec. seeing a professional doc. Good luck bro.

It's like a hangover feeling from drinking right? It's hard to breath sometimes, headache, muscle and organ pains?

Well last night was the first time, I don't have a headache or anything, if I take a deep breath, it hurts my lower back, only on the right side....not my lungs. Organ pains scare me shitless...

I always sleep in the same temperature, I have been living in this place for 2-3 months now, and I have been fine all the time...just except for last night.

I was up most of the night, it hurt...also, I went out to a show last night, Yuk Yuk's, it sucked..but I did drink like 1 1/2 beers...just sipping...I can't see that making me hurt when I can normally drink over 15. Not one gear of course, I totally stopped any drinking while on....

I will try to maybe turn the heat up a bit tonight...see how that helps, I remember it being hot last night, then turning it down..

    Thanks for the help bro!

Hey Inspector I have the same problems and the Dr. said the same thing. It is way worse if you over sleep and you have more body mass.
