    Fina and Fat Burning

    I've been doing Fina now for about a week...5 injections every other day...i did a lot of research and ive been hearing that it is really good for fat burning...i am an impatient **** lol...how long till i start seeing some fat loss results?....i see the strength coming on

    i don't understand.....5 injections in one day? but at any rate, to answer your question, you may not eyeball a difference very quickly, especially if your not taking an anti bloat....with armidex or liquidex i usually see fat changes in 2-3weeks...proper diet as well..

    im assuming he means that he's done a total of 5 shots in 10 days .... EOD .... is there any test in there ... also ... shoot the fina ED ... less chance of having fluctuating blood levels

    DIET/CARDIO will yield fat loss.

    I wish people would let that sink in and understand. I see SO MANY threads here latelty about "what to take to lose fat".

    I tell them take your fat ass to the treadmill.

    I was just listening in to the conversation; I run close to 200Kilometers a month/125Miles
    I eat very clesan mostly lean meats and veg. no more than 40 grams of carb a day. And still I can't get rid of that fat on my lower abs. Any suggestion aside from treadmill and diet.

    you eat less than 40g of carbs a day? how long have you been doing this for? I eat 70g of carbs for breakfast alone, although I'm not on a cutting diet. That shocks me though. I'd imagine if you ate 40g of carbs a day for any extended period of time you'd see some major loss in fat and muscle and bone density and brain activity, etc due to starvation, haha.

    not on my abs bro, I've been doin it for almost 5 months now, went down from 180 to now 165 and still los'in.

    So ~SC what are you trying to say here? People may need to do Cardio to lose fat?
