Anyone ever have this exp

I opened up a vial of QV Eq and the top was loose, almost like the seal was broken. I get it from a very reliable source with whom i have been de****g with for years so dont jump to conclusions. I have have gone thru a good 10 vials of cyp/prop/eq etc and never has anything like that happened. Is it possible that the seal could have been ****ed up in the factory. Like a factory defect

Ive tryed abunch of Qv products and I havent been impressed by none of it, I think its a personal opinon, and ive got a hold of a couple packages that it looks like its been dampered with........ so, good luck bro.

I had a 10ml vial of QV Deca do the same thing to me. I got it from my reliable source(my best friend) and i know the stuff was good. I think sometimes it could be just a defect. I used my Deca with good results so no worries man.
