    Clen...2days on 2 days off

    Can i take clen for as long as i want cycling it 2 days on 2 days off

    IMO the 2 days on/off is a dumb way to run clen since its (biphasic) halflife is so long..

    Hooker's said that this method (Bill Phillips) would not work due to what Stupidhippo said. He recommends ED with benedryl every third week for the duration of the week.

    Wots the average amount of clen you guys take and can tolerate ? Before i was running 100-120 mcgs but didnt like it. This time iv started real low around about 50mcg's...My clen is liquid from *** and it's in a 100MCG/ML...I **THINK** the dropper is 1 ML

    take your clen for 6-9 weeks straight taking 100mg of benadryl every night of the 3rd, 6th and 9th weeks
