In a word ..AWESOME
Ok guys i am in day 11 of my cycle...i have put on 13 lbsso far and my max bench went from 405 for 6-8 to 455 for 5. i feel amazing, my arms have already come up from 17 1/2 to 18 1/4...i must have recieved 100 comments on how jacked i look in the last two days..Am i just having an exceptional response to AAS or have some of you seen similiar gains in such a short period of time..it seems the rule of thumb here is at least 4 weeks before seeing/ feeling results, not for me...sorry for keep going on like this but i just feel awesome right now..i'm on a high lol

A 405 raw natural bench for 8 reps ( 500 max) at only 226 is world class..
I hope you did a natural powerlifting comp before you gassed up..

On a side note i've never seen a powerlifting comp but i don't know if my bench would qualify i might now go down far enough...i don't drop it an inch or two but i had surgery on my shoulder 3 years ago and if i go down any lower then 2 or 3 inches from my chest, it really bothers my shoulder, so with that said i don't know if it would count as a full rep

if you are over 5"11 that is impressive. If not i will assume you have short arms and its not very impressive. Not trying to bag on you. just wondering how tall you are?

Just curious, many people I see do heavy weight, don't know what proper form is. That goes for squats too.

Damn bro.... I am the same height, same weight, and (assuming thats your pic in the avatar) just about the same build, (i must admit I have a few extra percent of body fat on my gut....Too much love for beer!).... but my bench is nowhere near that! I'm still fighting with that 225 thing you mentioned a few posts back(225 for 6-8 reps). I must be going about the benchpress WAY wrong because I have been stuck there for a while now. Squat happens to be my strength and when your squat is doubling up your benchpress something is amiss. Hopefully this upcoming cycle plan will take care of that!
Anyway, keep up the good work bro.... I can only imagine where you'll be after a couple of well planned cycles! CHEERS!

Thanks guys, i was stuck at a low i knew my bench press was good but now my head is the size of a watermelon lol ...My chest routine hardly ever changes..it's the only thing i haven't really messed with b/c i have always made gains with it (the don't fix it if it aint broke mentallity)..it's pretty basic..flat bench, incle dumbbell press, incline flyes and cable cross overs..see nothing special lol...and chest6 yea i'm 23 i just turned 23 acrtually nov. 21st 1982...i made my profile in a hurry, didnt think i would stay on a.r that long haha...and last but not least heavyrotation92, jelous buddy? why lie, i dont need any extra attentio0n...but thanks to everyone else on the props..i just started this thread to see if my gains on AAS were normal

405 for 6 to 8 would mean a one rep max of @ 520 if you could only do 405 for 6. if 405 is for 8 then your closer to 560. i'd have to see it to believe it considering your saying you have world class strength without ever cycling till now. pretty hard to believe.
if your only going to 1/2 way down that's not a real bench. i'm 180 and can do 435 on a 1/2 rep lockout. doesn't mean i come anywhere near 435 on a real bench. nowhere near it as a matter of fact.

So trust me 405x8 is miles away from 560........when I did 435x8 I could hit 545 for a clean single, touch and go not a compatition lift
But yes I really doubt he did a natural 405x6-8 at 226, but who gives a f-ck ( just by saying 6-8 and not the exact rep count tells you something) But why argue with the guy....maybe he did do it...who really cares

Bottom line is: No, those gains are not the norm....13lbs in 11 days from 500mg test only? Highly irregular, but then again so are your pre-cycle numbers.
