insomnia on winstrol?

in the past, insomnia has been a pretty bad problem for me with drugs like tren /deca /test. i was wondering if anyone has had this problem with winstrol ?

one of the most unknown things about lifting in general is the 3 to 6 hour buffer time you need between lifting and sleep... after lifting, your insulin spikes and body temp sky rockets, heart rate goes up, and on roids, its cranked into 7th gear.... so, i suggest that you try lifting earlier before bedtime, at least giving 4 hours before bed and no carbs within 2 hours of bedtime...

i had this happen to me while on enanthate and it really f-ed me up... i couldn't get to sleep, woke up every hour sweating and warm as hell...
