glad to help, but first off how old are you and have you used steroids before? if not how long have you been training and what are your stats?
27 been training for 4 1/2 years.I've done deca and test.that was my first cycle. 2nd cycle was D-bol and test.
Ok. So you edited the first post, do you have andriol or anadrol? 2 different things.
As for the cycle I'd go something like:
week 1-12 sust 500-750mg/week
week 1-4 anadrol 50mg/day if its andriol then don't bother with it.
If your diet is right and you train properly you'll do nicely with that. For best results inject the sust every other day.

I'd go with 750mg sust per week for the 12 weeks and 50mg anadrol per day for the first 4 weeks. Don't forget the anti-e's.

No not in one. I'd spread it out in 3 shots. There are a few ways you could dose the sust. To utilize the esters the best shoot eod, that's (1 amp, 1mL, 250mg) every other day. If you did this, one week you'd dose 750mg and the next week you'd dose 1g. Nothing wrong with this really. Another option would be to just inject 1mL on Mon, Wed, Fri then not inject sat sun. You will still get good results this way but your blood levels won't be as stable as the first option.
Personally I'd go with either of those two ways, but nothing is really set in stone. There are other options.
