Hey JP thanks for poppin in. As you can see I'm Pete235 over here. I was 215lbs (pre-cycle) when I joined at Bolex, and 235lbs (post cycle) when we opened the new forum over here. Maybe next year I'll be Pete260

Pete if you want to get to 260 I got some good advice. First stop this cardio crap. Second you diet should consist exclusively of fast foods and beer (at least 2-3 gallons of beer a day). Third substitute your protein shake with a twelve pack of beer. And lastly Your work out routine should consist of sitting on the couch, drinking beer, and changing the channel on the television (with a remote control of course).

I know this looks rough but I have faith in you Bro. I think that with a lot of dedication and willpower with a few months of this, you should hit 260 no problem. Good luck Pete
