    gonna inject my first GH within an hour

    yo bro's, I finally got my GH kits that I ordered to enjoy the healling powers of it

    I got two questions :
    -how long can I save mixed GH outside the fridge ?
    -do I gotta shake the dust with the sterile water a bit ?

    thanks ! I'm really are exciting I wanna jab that needle in my belly
