2 questions..

Hey guys just did my first glute injection. Now i know alot of you say it's your favorite spot to inject but i found it really difficult to get to this spot, i moved around ALOT in there and wondering if this is ok? didnt hurt and still doesnt but i just did it 10 mins ago...

ALSO

instead iof starting a seperate thread my bicep has a bruise on it that is solid purple/black and i dont remember being hit there on anything and it showed up the day after my back/bi workout?? could i have popped something?? i dont know it's not sore like a bruise normally would be..just really dark....thanks guys

Glutes suc, if it doesnt hurt you did well, not much blood either?

I almost never do glute shots myself-short fvcking arms, it just doesn't work real good for me. Guys with longer arms or who are more flexible have no problem with it. Far as the bi-bruise goes I don't know what to tell you, if it doesn't hurt or impede your range of motion it is prolly something you hit and didn't realize it was that bad at the time. If you tore something internally though it should be tender and really limit your movements IMO.
