Can I affect my hand size (palms-fingers) with Growth Hormones and such? Please help.

Hi,

I've heard that growth hormone and such things could cause hand and feet growth. Has this happened to any of you? I'd like to know, because I just turned 18 and my hands (palm and especially fingers) are just like 5 years ago, skinny as some kids hands. It looks amazingly dorky, having broad shoulders and manly face, but the hands like spaghetti.

If expansion is possible, do you know anything that primarly causes hand growth? I'm not so sure about this, since using the things I wish to use has it's own risks...I'm looking for something that causes minimal side effects. I'm planning to stop the use when/if the hands have grown.

They say that hands and feet grow first at the start of puberty. Maybe the reverse way is possible, that they grow last? I know that some of you might think that this topic is stupid, but I think that mens hands, even if people don't look at them as much as the biceps and triceps, are more aesthetic if they're big and manly.

EDIT: Of course, I won't be even considering using them yet, at the age of 18.

EDIT2: My stature is normal btw, 6'0.

If taking at high amounts bones can grow, but there is no way to determin what will grow, your intestins will probably grow first, thats why growth is taking in small amounts for long period of time. 6 months to a year.

18 year old should not take gh.. enough said..

a doctor will prescribe it for you, for linear growth.. but it might be too late for you..

You really don't want to use GH or anything else yet, you are too young. Besides you will be suprised how much some of these things will change with adulthood.

I agree with lots of protein, you need to reach genentic peak before turning to chemicals, build a solid natural base then work off that.

Yeah, you're right. I do work out, and by no means will use any chemicals yet.

At 20 I have noticed a small increase in height and the length of my hands and feet from hgh and igf-1. Nothing huge though and probably would have happened without them anyway.
