Test E Deca Dbol

:evil2: Bro i am 187bls 20% bodyfat i hope to gain and loss some fats with my 3rd cycle here goes ,





Test E 1 - 10 weeks 500mg per week (spilt up twice shot)

Deca 1 - 8 weeks 400mg per week (spilt up twice shot)

Dbol 1 - 6 weeks 100mg ED (spilt up twice)

EPHEDRINE 40mg ED (Run every two weeks then stop for two weeks then continue)

Rest days on cardio 30 to 45mins

PCT

Clomid 13 - 15 weeks 300mg day 1 , 200mg day 2 , 100mg day3 , 50mg rest of the day onwards ,

i will hit 50grams of protein and complex carb for every meal , spilt up evenly and tons of water everyday . 15bls of whey stand by and some creatine and Glutamine . i still have HCG 5000IU with me but theres like a lot to inject to me

First off...you need to drop some BF before starting this cycle.

100 mgs Dbol is way to high bro.50 mgs is more than sufficient.

I'd run the Test to week 13,and the deca to week 10.

Granted,if your diet is in order,you can loose some BF on this cycle(even with deca).But your choices in drugs for trying to shed BF aren't the best.

whos stats are those tyrone?? but youd need to get down to around 12 percent before.dont know how many pounds thats is though

cut till u can see abs then keep lifting natty... your no where near ready to use AAS IMHO but oh well each their own
