    help guys!

    sorry to post in this forum and ive done a bunch of research....but i was thinking about using yohimbe as a fat burner/spot reducer (if that exists even though arnold said he could lol) what type dosage should i use a day?just regular yohimbe caps.... it hink 1000 mg/ cap
