yes, t3 is good clen is good. Slin i would do no more than 8-10ius post workout. t3 and clen all kinds of info in education area of Steroid form. It's hard for your body to burn fat when your insulin levels are high(major cause of obse ppl is over sentive to slin). Anyhow if your are already lean or can drop lbs easy i would use it, will help keep you full and retain muscle while you diet.
