Glucosimine for Joints?
How much Glucosimine should I take to keep joint pain away during a winny cycle. Prop/winny/Tren cycle begins on Monday. This is my first dance with winny.

I run 3000 mg ed regardless of the gear, may as well start now too as it takes a while to get the desired effects.

Does it matter when you take it (pre or post workout/morning)? Any brand that works better than others? Thx

I just take it 3 times daily, not so much for the benefit of the drug so much as to keep from taking 50 pills at once. I'm sure some brands are better, but I just tend to buy what is on the shelf.

To my understanding glucosamine, (which is usually combined with chrondointin*) is to help maintain the integrity of ligaments, cartilage and tendons. I believe your pain from winny is due to lubrication since it removes water from your body. I don't remember which omega it is, i believe its omega 3 helps w/ the synovial fluid in the joints, which helps with lubrication. you may want to look into rheumetoid arthritis and products pple take for that b/c that type of arthritis is due to increase friction between the joints.

Most joint supplements are glucosamine and chondroiton(sp)blends, if yours only has glucosamine go ahead and use it up then when you buy your next bottles get the blend IMO.

look into the omega 3 or 6...one of the two help w/ joint lubrication...im not a 100% sure but i blelieve it was omega 3. Check webmd or hit up GNC.com and on the top left hand corner click on health notes and search in there....
