so today i took my last injection of test e at 500mg/week. i was wondering when i should start taking supplements such as creatine, arginine, zma, tribulus , etc. should i wait till i start my pct ? or should i start next week?

You can go ahead and add in the creatine/arginine now but wait until you are almost done with PCT for the ZMA and trib.
anyone else? also , any suggestions on other supps i should use?
I would wait with the supplements until PCT. Check into tongkat ali. It is supposed to be superior to trib.Quote:
