    How Long After Pct To Start Cutting

    i was wondering how long after i finish pct should i wait before i start a cutting diet? thanks in advance.

    I would wait a few weeks, make sure everything is back to normal and not hormone deficient then go into a cutting diet IMO.

    me too. you don't want to start right away because if your HPTA levels aren't back where they should be, you could promote catabolism if you lower cals, carb intake, start cardio, etc. keep the cals and diet the same for - i'd say a month after.

    After PCT is finished which is going to be about 6 weeks or so after your last injection, start it then if your not going to have blood work done. Just keep your cal's up all thru PCT and then start dropping them SLOWING. A little each week
