    What BLOATS?

    on test? Do your abs hold water and tend to look faded even on the same cals? 250g/week of test e coupled with less intensity cardio makes me feel fat when I look at my abs........is this a sick mind game? Do I need to say **** it and slam the calories?

    i say right on, bro... slam the cals - but it all depends on your goals.

    its just hard for me cause I still do am cardio 4-5 times a week....yes, I've moved from the treadmill to the stationary bike for 45 minutes, which is prob. a waste but I'm afraid whjen I try and cut again, I wont be able to cause I've been doing the cardio the whole time...make sense? I guess it's just reducing cals and uping the intensity of cardio, right? You guys all still do it? And just eat EVERYTHING?

    Can I see some training splits from you pros? And cardio splits?

    I cant stop going to the gym, 7 days a week, at least for cardio calves and abs......feel so friggn FAT!

    cardio is once a month LOL

    i eat EVERYTHING i kan get my hands on bout 7-8000 cals a day and i rely on my GH to keep me lean which it does a very nice job

    Tue Back/Traps/Shoulders(Laterals/RearDelt)
    Wed Off
    Thur Legs
    Fri Arms
    Sat Off
    Sun Off

    oh btw i do a westsidebar type of training regiment
    one week i got STUPID HEAVY
    next week i got 12 rep hypertrophy
    3rd week i do dynamic (EXPLOSIVE) moderate weight w/ just the fastest possible concentric motion!

    this keeps my CNS from degrading from CONTINOUS HEAVY LIFTING and still get massive gains in STRENGTH!

    Cardio is not the way to get nice abs u want abs then work them, cardio destroy ur muscle, cardio should be use before to leave on holydays, look my avatar, yes it is me, u can also go to search the avatar to MrMentIon we have the same thought cardio should not be use if u want to bulk.
    Cardio is for cutting..

    You want abs then work them like it needs, i work my abs with lot of sets: above 6/7 & lots of reps: above 15-20 with heavy or normal weight.
    I work them 3times a week:
    Monday upper abs are the objective
    Wednesday Lower abs are the objective no matter if i work the upper abs
    Friday oblics and still no matter if i work upper and low abs.

    You have to feel the burn and squeeze correctly each time u do a rep and all will be okay.

    cardio is great for bulking because it helpes keep up ur stamina and strengthen your heart .. and its assanine to completely abstain from it.
    its better to plan accordingly and use it to ur benefit say w/ food in ur body to keep from going catabolic

    The abs are one musce... the rectus abdominus. It does indeed have a lower and upper portion. But make no mistake when you are doing "upper abs, the "lower half" is working as well. Regarding obliques, EMG's (electromyograms), these are electronic probes hooked up to muscles, show that while doing lower ab type movements, the obliques get as much a workout as if you are doing any oblique only movement.

    ROFL abs are like all other muscles (here we go another gay debate) and you can train them to get HUGE AND PWERFUL LIKE MINE!
    u do HEAVY resistant abdominal movements like hang on a decline bench and do situps and when u curl ur self up have urpartner PULL U DOWN while u fight him BLAMO GIANT ABS IN NO TIME FLAT

    nxt u need to train ur transverse to pull that Buddha Belly IN so get on a stability ball and do hyperextension crunches!

    Pre contest i dont even train my abs and they come out just fine, just cardio and diet, ab work is a waste of time IMO they are there you just need to get rid of the fat.

    im a firm believer in training ur core.. which helps w/ all lifts! but if ur going to compete ease up on abdominal training kuz it kan flare ur obliques FAST!
    but i lift for size and pwr! so i dont kare about being 32inches WIDE

    i work my abs 4 times a week just like zomzom does but i'm on a bulking cycle and diet and they tend to dissappear..Is 6-7 sets good for abs?
    Even when i was leaner, not all were visible....
