    Glutamine with Cycle?

Can anyone point me in a direction as to how much Glutamine should be taken while on a cycle of D-Bol and Test? Should it be taken prior to working out or at intervals during the day? Not too much info on glutamine dosages out there, unless i'm looking in all the wrong places?! also please illuminate me as to proper Milk Thistle and ALA doses as well as i will be doing D-Bol for the first three weeks of the cycle..

    thanks in advance..

You could save the glutamine for after the cycle to help stop cortisol. Post cycle do 20g a day 5 before your workout 5 after, 5 before you go to sleep, the other 5 when you wake up, if you workout in the morning then some time during the day. As for the ALA 1000mg a day and milk thistle 1200mg a day. I sure there is someone that will some other ideas.

10-15g of l-glutamine/day. Try to take it on an empty stomach. it doesn't get used effectively when take with protein.

Right after a work out is my favorite time. With dextrose.

Run it the whole time on the cycle. Run it even when not on a cycle. it's always good stuff. It's pretty much the only "essential" supliment to use on a cycle IMO.

Also- there's tons of info on the stuff in the suppliments forum.

Lush is right about the protien and glutamine, use the peptide form if you want to use it with your protien shake. Sports-One, AR Nutrition and the Protien Factory, all have glutamine peptides.
