    aspirating

    can somebody give me some more tips on aspirating. cuz when i do it i dont know if im doing it right!!! here is what i do when the needle is in i pull the plunger back and i feel like im not doing anything!!! am i doing it right???

    If u are in a vein the plunger will come back fairly easy.. if u are in muscle it will be tuff to pull back.... My guess wld be that if it is hard to pull back u are good to go....

    When you poke yourself with the needle, you pull back on the plunger and should see tiny bubbles(no blood), then youre good to go. If you DO see blood, pull out the needly and inject in a different spot.
