Post Your Essential Cycle Supps
My first cycle starts Monday. I know the basic supps, and have most already. But I was looking for some that aren't commonly mentioned as well as the necessary. I have the core, basic ones, and so far I know tomorrow I need to pick up:
Echincea, Tylenol PM (for quality sleep), more liver protectant, laxitives(?) and some ZMA for sure. What others would you reccommend? Just list off the ones you're currently on and others people overlook but are usually need to make a good cycle.

Hawthorn Berry Extract, Milk Thistle (which you have some version of), I think tongkat would be a good idea 4 weeks after PCT. Dutesteride if you are prone, maybe clen for pct and thats all I can think of

cranberry juice or the tablets mate these will help flush the sh*t outta your kidneys!garlic tabs will help with blood pressure!

protein powder (whey, casein, muscle milk), extra fats (olive oil, dha, epa), zma, vitamin c, multi vit/mineral, post cycle always run milk thistle.

glucosamine chondroitin for joints works like a charm. Also can supplement with HCG every 5 weeks if you're on a really long cycle. Also since I'm a student, I find when I'm on my alertness can go down since my muscles are using all my carbs not my brain, so I take soy lecithin. Also if I'm having troubles waking up I might take a ginko alkaloid first think to get me primed for my workout. Some guys use creatine, I don't. Some guys use taurine, I don't. Glutamine is good though, some protein pows have it built in.

NAC 1000mg, Milk thistle(standardized to 480mg of Sylmarin which is the active ingredient) 1200mg, R-ala 300mg for a healthy liver. It is the correct daily dosage, you don t need more.
You can do that yourself buy a capper and the powder, it is way cheaper!
If u want to buy it already in pills you can find this liver protectant to Anabolic Xtreme they have a product called "Perfect cycle" or Bulk nutrition "Pro liver".
Personally NAC gets me hard half an hour after the intake. ???
