SPOT INJECTIONS safe or not? What are the advantages?

Hey Fellas!

I was wondering if any of you know of a website that has the pictures of where to do spot injections? Are they safe? What is the advantage of doing a spot injection? Lastly, what size and length of needle would you use for spot injections? Hey thanks for any help!

Useing test-suspension or winstol is your best bid if your going to spot inject, anything else is pretty much useless
