few questions for the pro's
I'm doing first cycle including 600 mg eq, 750 mg of test e, and 500 of sus 250. First question is how much, and what anti-e's to take. 2nd question is with eating alot of protein and some carbs and good workouts what should i expect to gain? Just a ballpark figure. i am 6'1 170 work out 6 times a week. 10 week cycle last 5 weeks thinking of adding in winny. your thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance for your time.

ur not much into reserach are you
first TEST E and SUS are both test SO PICK ONE BUT no need for both
first off u dont need 3 compounds on ur first cycle
your asking of what you think u will gain.. well 15lbs of solid lean muscle would be FANTASTIC but... your not READY FOR AAS your stats say u are way to far from ur genetic peak and you will retain very little of what you achieve on cycle.
regardless of what i just told you .. ur prolly going to do it anyways so lets get a few things clear... first TEST is TEST u dont need all those different kinds. DONT USE WIN u dont need it. JUST run TEST ONLY for 12 weeks at 500mg/wk which means 2 shots of sus e3day should be FINE
keep nolva on hand and make sure u know how to do proper PCT

thanks for your replies. i do understand food makes u grow. but i'm a hard gainer. i eat alot 5 eggs in morning and meat for lunch and dinner (steak lean hamburger meat, tuna, salmon , chicken. mix in protein bars in between ,pb, oatmeal etc. just don't gain weight.

BRO i eat 7 times a day and all my meals are a min of 75gPro and either 35gFat or 60gCarbs
like my breakfast
4 glasses of milk 2 scoops of whey 3 tbls of pb
or
8 raw eggs 2 glasses of milk and 2 scoops of whey
next meal HUGE BOWL of WHOLE WHEAT PASTA 9oz CHKN BREAST and 1cup of regu pasta sauce.. this is by 11:00am goes on and on like that
PLUS ur PWO nutrtion is probably lacking a good carb like Dextrose/Sucrose and addaquate PWO MEAL which shud fallow 1hr after pwo shake so go to diet section and LEARN!
