so im looking to loose some fat i put , i have clen 20mg pills and stacker 2 ( the good shit with ephedra) how should i take these? i heard its not good to take ephedra with clen so i was thinking of doing 2 weeks of clen then do 2 weeks of the stacker? what do u guys think?
have you tried a clean diet and cardio bro.....clen,ephedra = not good for your heart

Alot of people do run clen 2 weeks, then eca for 2 weeks. Make sure your diet, and training are all in check first. Plus it would be a good idea to have a check-up to make sure you blood pressure is at a normal level. Don't want to start adding clen or eca if you have high blood pressure.
