    Winny and Glucosamine

    I have a buddy running test E and winny. Says his joints are aching. I read about taking Glucosamine. Just don't know how much is appropriate or what kind. Any help?

    He's dosing at 100mg/EOD for 5 weeks with the Winny

    look into products which would help with joint lubrication. POssibly omega 3, or GLA. there is a bunch of info in here, do a search. Glucosamine might help but to my understanding that helps witht he building of ligaments and tendons.

    Thanks. Did a search and found a ton of stuff. You just answered some of the same questions yesterday. Should of searched that first. My bad.

    i'm taking this while on winny. gluc is 1700mgs ed. it's helping alot as far as the joint pain goes. good stuff IMO

    glucosamine, chrondotin, and MSM are all good.
