Does anyone know the proper amt. of tribulus for pct?

I have 90 caps at 750 mg a pop.
I was thinking about taking them 3 times a day spread out
Thats 2250 mg a day--Does that sound ok for a simple 12 week test-e only cycle(500mg)??

Ummm - what else are you using for PCT? Trib isn't enough no matter how much you take. BTW-I only use 1500mgs when I do take it. But I use other stuff for pct too.

Also 55 mg of nolv ed. Thats why I thought bumping it up to 2250 might help bring the natty T up a little morer efficently seeing Im not using clomid

What about clomid, hcg, tongkat?
I try to get in-
Trib
Clo
Nolva
(maybe hcg)
Now-I am adding Tongkat too
As well as clen.

Well from what I have read around here- people are raving about Tongkat because it helps get their natural test back in order faster, but you need to start taking in before the end of the cycle.

Yea my source had trouble coming through with the clomid. I should have bought it all at once-I know. But now I have 55mg Nolv. caps that will last a month and Ive read this should be adequate for a test-e only cycle.I couldnt find the tongcat. Where do you buy that stuff and what is it? I bought my trib at GNC

Just take 60mg of Nolva,that should bump up your test for PCT.....along w/ Novedex Xt........keep us updated!

What about trib? Do you know if thats something that takes time to kick in or do you start taking that the day of pct?

I am pretty sure it gets into your system and starts working right away, but you will still need time to rebound your test levels. I am pretty sure you can start taking it right with the first day of pct.

I run 4g of Tribulus durring PCT............ but the 2g should be good.

If you're only going to use Nolva for PCT then run 60mg for at least 30 days...... adding .25mg of L-dex would help PCT along as well.

ok Thanks alot for all the feedback. My nolv is 55mg caps so I'll take one a day for 30 days and 2250 of the trib.

I usually run 4g ed of tribulus during cycle and PCT..
