Hey guys below is the cycle i'm running, i've just started week 3 and have made awesome strength gains and weight gains (probably from the m1t ??) thus far i've been treating this like a bulk and taking in over 5k cals a day...i figured i was probablty around 9-10% bf before i started and don't really wanna go over 14% (i havent been THAT clean) so i was thinking at the start of week 7 (when i start the VAR) if it would be beneficial for me to up my cardio reduce my cals and start cutting?? what do you guys think?? thanks
