    Question From bulk to cut???

    Hey guys below is the cycle i'm running, i've just started week 3 and have made awesome strength gains and weight gains (probably from the m1t ??) thus far i've been treating this like a bulk and taking in over 5k cals a day...i figured i was probablty around 9-10% bf before i started and don't really wanna go over 14% (i havent been THAT clean) so i was thinking at the start of week 7 (when i start the VAR) if it would be beneficial for me to up my cardio reduce my cals and start cutting?? what do you guys think?? thanks

    cutting is fine.. but so is bulking .. var is too weak to bulk i would just use it to sustain muscle mass while cutting

    or run something stronger like WIN for bulking but M1T is no fun to use in conjunction w/ win so i suggest OT

    already boughtthe var so i'm def. gonna use it..that shyt is real expensive, so i'll start cutting six weeks into my cycle

    On a cycle you need to decide whether you are bulkng or cutting.
    You can not do both.

    Wow you are so right PIN. A person can't bulk and cut at the same time. The poster needs to decide on one.

    with respect, why not?? If i have been bulking for a month and a half why couldnt i start cutting once i start the var?

    Simply put.When you make gains on a bulking cycle,you need a high caloric in take to retain the newly found muscle tissue.If you put yourself in a caloric deficit right after putting on muscle tissue,it will go right down the drain.You wouldn't have allowed your body to go into homeostasis.It's imperative to let your body find it's "set point" before contemplating cutting.

    thanks bro for clearing that up..makes total sense, i guess i'll bulk all the way through it, and focus hard on my diet/ training after PCT

    Exactly bro.Focus right now on retaining that mass(and possibly putting on more).After PCT you can cut down and show off that newly earned muscle.
